This directory contains the latest Pike releases and related software.
Pike is written by Fredrik Hubinette 1994-2001

You will need tar, gzip, make and an ANSI C compiler to uncompress and
compile Pike.

Pike is free software, and is released under the GNU general public
licence, GPL. As such, you can modify, extend, use and distribute the
source code in any way you like. However, the copyright and brand name
are held by Idonex.

The link 'latest-stable' will always point to the latest stable release.
We make our best to guarantee that there are no major bugs in that
release.

The link 'latest-beta' will point to the latest release, this might still
have lots of bugs.
