This is the 23rd version of SmallEiffel: 
Version -0.78 precompiled for OpenStep 4.2 / Intel.

Note that you still need a C compiler installed before you can use SmallEiffel.

Note: This 4.2 Intel version should also run under Rhapsody/Mac OSX (Intel)
      but that has never been tested...
